Welcome to our page of daily devotionals, offered as an invitation to slow down and meet with God in Scripture. Rooted in the ancient practice of Lectio Divina — “divine reading” — each entry guides you gently through a single passage using five simple movements: Read, noticing the word or phrase that catches your heart; Meditate, turning that word over prayerfully; Pray, responding honestly to what you’ve heard; Contemplate, resting quietly in God’s presence; and Live, carrying what you’ve received into the shape of your day.
Every devotional moves through six recurring themes of the Christian life: Intimacy, Peace and Comfort, Contemplation, God’s Love, God’s Presence in My Life, and I Am His Beloved. Each theme takes its turn once every six days, so that over the course of a month you move through all six more than once, always with a new passage of Scripture to sit with.
Below, you’ll find a link for each month, opening a complete set of daily readings you can work through at your own pace — one day at a time, or several at once if you’re catching up. There is no need to keep a perfect streak and no wrong way to begin. Simply choose a month, open to today’s date, and let Scripture set the pace rather than the clock.
Whether this is your first time practicing Lectio Divina or a rhythm you’ve kept for years, we hope this space becomes a quiet companion in your walk with God — a place to return to again and again, not to check a box, but to be still and know that he is God. Though each reading is meant to be sat with alone, this is also a practice we share as a church family, and you’re always welcome to bring what you discover into conversation with others in our community.
